Good Faith Estimate
Dear Customers,

As of January 1, 2022, under the new law called the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to provide clients who do not have insurance
or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for medical services including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency health services, including psychotherapy services.
  • You can ask your healthcare provider or any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill, you can always ask for a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For any questions or you need more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate please visit  https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
